    The arrangement was beautiful and perfect for Thanksgiving. My only complaint is the shallow container. Hard to not overfill it. Really should have water filled at least twice a day.

    Service is outstanding. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's 21st birthday and they were delivered the same day as I placed the order. Meagan was very professional, contacted me about needing to replace a couple of the flowers and notified not only me when the flowers were delivered but also my granddaughter.     Duncan's did it again. I had to adjust the delivery of my Mother's day order. I emailed the shop and they quickly made the adjustment with zero issues.     I was looking for a more masculine bouquet for my boyfriend who was at Kootenai hospital. They did an excellent job! They understood the assignment! AND got delivered as expected. In case any ladies are holding back sending flowers to your man - DON'T! For reference I ordered "FRIENDLY SORBET FLORAL DESIGN" They also have red, white, and blue arrangements that looked good too. The whole process from start to finish from ordering to delivery was smooth. I like that they sent me a confirmation when they were delivered. Thanks!

    I have had many great experiences with this company...this time I ordered some pink roses, but they were out. They called and were very easy to work with. I ended up getting red roses and they sent even more than I expected. My girlfriend was well pleased.

    I found this flower shop on Google that did deliveries and I was skeptical because my girlfriend lives in Idaho just recently moved there and I live in Virginia still almost 40 hours away and they 150% delivered the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted and then some the colors were so crazy I couldn’t believe they were real flowers and some hadn’t even bloomed yet if I could post a picture you wouldn’t believe it it was beautiful keep up the good work
