    After investigate that order from 1800flowers (3th party florist) - our shop fill that order according the recipe from them, we used all fresh flowers and arrange them in glass vase - as sunflowers, delphinium, statice, solidago, greenary, all flowers were fresh and same as on order were placed by customer.     My dad and sister called me to say they had NEVER seen such a beautiful arranngement of flowers in their combined 170 years!!! Thats a long history of getting flowers so I was so happy that it was the Christmas arrangement I sent that took the top honors. Flower Jazz did it again. Made me a long distance hero from Michigan for my loved ones in Georgia. I highly recommend Flower Jazz and am so grateful to them for their wonderful product and work ethic.     I purchased this bouquet fro my wife for our 25th wedding Anniversary. It was delivered promptly and by a very courteous driver. Went out of her way after ringing doorbell, waiting in her vehicle to see if we came to door.     OMG why would a florist leave flowers on a front porch in 91 degree weather? Never got a call they were there. The smaller roses were wilted when I found them.

    Joanne, so sorry for your inconvenience, but it looks like person who order flowers for you online by 1800flowers did not provide your phone #, he provide only his phone # where he received text message during delivery, and it is under his responsibility to contact immediately with you, by covid-19 our driver do not contact with anybody and they ring the door, send text message to the phone which customer provided and leave flowers at front door.

    Delivered on time, flowers looked fresh but not exactly a spring mix - definitely had summer flowers in it but variety could have been affected by Covid-19. I order a lot of flowers for people we do business with and I always ask for them to send me a photo. I usually do the "florists choice" because it allows for creativity. This arrangement was not creative, but it was pretty and the recipient liked it.

    Hello Eric, thank you for your review, when you placed the order after 12pm you got auto message from website:"Delivery Date Disclaimer Shown - Order Not Guaranteed For Same Day Delivery", you placed your order around 2pm and we did accept that delivery for same day, but our available driver was after 6pm, that the reason for late delivery, but it was on same day, next time call directly to the shop and we always give you estimate time during placing order by the phone.     Hello Kimberly, sorry for your inconvenience, but we did everything like have to be, your husband order flowers online in different page, not on Mother's Day page, and Lemon Drop Roses Dozen Bouquet - was description inside, it was 3 different price there, but difference not in the quantity of roses, difference on greenery and fillers and vase type, also holiday price is different than on regular day and our designer follow by direction on description - dozen long st. yellow roses in tall vase with filler.

    Follow-up review to August 15th. I returned the delivered plant to the store and, in return, they exchanged it for a comparable one of my choosing. Further, the plant was placed in a very nice ceramic pot with a professionally-looking wired burlap ribbon/bow. The florist did a great job of backing their purchase and satisfying the customer.

    Ordered a 6" pot China Doll plant today. Called and spoke with someone to discuss plants - this was recommended because it looked full and thought to be the nicest. With delivery and tax, it totaled $68 !! The delivered plant was terrible - scrawny looking with fullness on one side only. What a waste of money!! Also, added bow decoration was a joke - I could have done 10 times better myself. Never again from this florist.
