    Thank you for your delivery of flowers to my sister for her 80th birthday. It was handled well, delivering on the day and phoning first. However, having seen a photo of the flowers that were delivered, I feel that the picture that I had chosen showed a bigger and fancier flower arrangement than those that were delivered. I was somewhat disappointed by that, as the cost was very high.

We send out our flowers when they are very fresh and expect them to open over time to provide the longest lasting arrangement possible. We can assure you that the bouquet was filled to value and as close as we could design it with the freshest flowers that were in stock.     Thanks for your reply. I understand your position and my sister did say that the flowers were very fresh. I still think that there was a discrepancy between the number of flowers shown online and those delivered. However, I would likely use your company again if I needed flowers delivered in Calgary in the future. I have been pleased to be able to give feedback and that you actually replied. ?

    When I ordered my flowers it was to contain Hydrangea's. Someone called and said they didn't have any blue ones could I wait until Sat to have my order delivered. I asked if there was another color and was told yes we have green ones. I said ok use the green & send it on Friday as scheduled. No Hydangea's were in the bouquet. And usually you wave the delivery fee of $16 as it is literally a few doors down from you, no I paid $16 for someone to walk it down a few doors.

    I bought a bouquet for a family member who lost her husband to cancer. I requested it be delivered, but when they called her, she requested she pick it up. It just so happened that she didn’t pick it up until almost two weeks about later, so they waited until they heard from her when she was going to get it.     The Bouquets were initially gorgeous, however despite adding water right away the roses perished within 36 hours. For the cost of a small arrangement I would expect the blooms to last a few days at least.

    I ordered the premium arrangement which was an upgrade from $45 to $60. I was shocked when the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was much smaller and not nearly as nice as the $45 arrangement that was pictured. I contacted them but they responded with the usual rhetoric about quality of flowers, etc. I DO NOT recommend.

    The quantity and types of flowers were accurate based on the photo on your website, and were delivered on time, however, the flowers did not look "arranged." The flowers and greenery looked like they'd been hastily put in the vase. The arrangement did not look professionally put together, but very amateurish. The overall appearance was disappointing especially considering the price.

    Sent multiple emails with regards to delivery mistake with no reply..order was supposed to be shipped Oct 5th hence the note attached to the delivery..instead the delivery arrived the following day..bouquet and package was excellent but the info sharing process with your business needs some attention..email was sent to your customer service email and still haven't had a followup..a business cannot improve if it does not follow through with customer roadblocks problems ao issues..other wise delivered product was excellent

    I was sent a photo of the arrangement that I sent. It looked nice, but seemed small for the cost. I compared the photograph that I was sent with the original online, and the one received looked less full - it appeared to be missing some of the purple, wispy background plants. I made a mistake by choosing your store when I was searching for Okotoks florists, and yours (a sponsored ad) appeared at the top of the list. I imagine this is why the delivery cost was $30.

    I walked into this florist shop after a long weekend. Not a great selection but I did walk out with a bouquet of flowers. After dropping them off to the recipient, I realized I was not very happy with the arrangement and how it lacked colour and flowers.     A bit disappointed because the actual arrangement was not arranged the same as what I saw in photo. The reason I chose this particular style was because of the asymmetry contemporary style with flat base. What we got was a circular dish base (totally ruined the look), the arrangement was symmetrical, and the florist added pink carnations, which did not match the birds of paradise. Ruined the look.

    The lady at the register was very sweet. However, the flowers I got made me almost think I had the wrong order. The bouquet in the picture was much more lush but there was plenty of empty space in the one I received. I ordered the deluxe version but the flowers were small and all the extra space made it look flat. The flowers were also bright red + white with red edges instead of an elegant dark red + pure white. I chose this bouquet for these specific colours so this change was pretty disappointing... I do appreciate getting them on time during a very busy holiday season, so thank you.

We could not do it immediately because the recipient lives in an apartment and we had to call to make sure they give us info how to enter the building and make sure they are home.     The flowers were not delivered to the hospital, as directed, but to the patient’s home. I should have been notified that you would not be delivering them to the hospital. I had checked wiTh the hospital unit before I ordered and was told they could be delivered there. When We called to report this, we received no follow up.

    Hello Judith, You have placed an order for flower delivery and you wrote down the recipient home address for delivery. And yes, in special instructions you asked us to bring flowers to the hospital. To have 2 different destination were confusing for us and we called the hospital fist to see if they are accepting flowers. Unit 42 said flowers are absolutely not acceptable because of the COVID19 restrictions. Since we could not bring flowers to the hospital we delivered them to the recipient home to the address you gave us.

    Ordering on your website is very easy. Probably one of the easiest sites to navigate and is very user friendly. Flowers have always been great and you allowed for last minute orders to still be delivered the next day.

    I ordered this arrangement because of the deep blue vase & flowers since the flowers were for a man. The arrangement was beautiful but the vase was not blue and the big flower was lilac colored rather than blue. But other then that, everything was perfect, he was pleased with the flowers and I would definitely order from petals n blooms again.

    Took a chance and ordered flowers from Ontario for a graduation. The flowers were beautiful and fresh but I had filled out additional information stating they were for a young teenager and gave them her favourite colour. That information was not taken into account and the flowers were rather dark and not quite what I expected.

    The bouquet was beautiful however they were delivered on a very cold day at the front door. My daughter comes home via the rear of the house and had I not phoned to ask if she received anything, the bouquet would have been ruined. Also, because of the current situation, we do only no-contact deliveries so drivers just bring flowers, leave it on the step, ring the bell and go away. For future references please put "please call prior delivery and leave flowers at the rear door" in special instructions to avoid any miscommunication.

    Attractive spring arrangement but too many daffodils (10) and after 2 days half of them had died. I usually have arrangements last for 6 or 7 days, this one won't. Need flowers in anarragement like this to have longer life spans.

    I don’t usually write negative reviews but I do feel compelled to comment. Just sent our friends some flowers and they sent us a picture. They were happy with the flowers, likely because they didn’t see the picture of what they were supposed to look like. The picture has magnolia leaves and what appears to be a good number of red roses with a few red carnations. The actual centerpiece that was delivered has 3 roses and a lot of carnations, no magnolia leaves and looks much smaller. I’m disappointed.

    The website is very user-friendly and the delivery was excellent. However, the arrangement they received was nothing like what I had picked. It was still very nice and they were happy, but I was quite dissappointed when I saw it.     Your site worked to facilitate the purchase, which is a point some of your competitors struggle with. When my message to accompany the flowers seemed incomplete, someone reached out to fix it, which was nice. The arrangement it self was beautiful.     The system to order flowers was easy, they called the person I was sending the flowers to to confirm they would be home which is great! However the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. It was 2 types of flowers lilies and 3 ink roses and the rest was all greens. So for me knowing what I ordered I was disappointed. She was happy with them not knowing the difference.     The bouquet that I got my wife for Valentines was beautiful. I was disappointed however because after one week all the flowers had wilted. We like flowers in our house and usually can keep them going for a couple of weeks. Not sure if because of the busy time the flowers were not fresh or what the problem was. It was disappointing.

    I ordered a Christmas centre piece which was just beautiful! They called to let me know they had run out of red candles and they would use gold ones. The candles matched the trimming of the red ribbon. My sister was thrilled with the centre piece. And using carnations makes the centre piece last longer. Thank you

    According to the recipient of the flowers they were fresh and beautiful. Perhaps the questionnaire should go to the people who receive the flowers as they know if they were nice, fresh etc or not. If I ask they of course would say they were nice so as not to offend. Just a thought. Also, I assume 5 is the best score? You should say that so we know, often 1 is best????

The only thing I would suggest is that you return the toll free phone number to your website. As I live in Ontario and order flowers for Calgary, I did appreciate being able to call and speak to someone directly about what I wanted.
